We send a service inspection quote billiable upon request. Clients are required to save a charge card on file.
What this covers?
We will inspect the job site for WHIMIS hazards, Problamatic Features, Measurement Confirmation, Job Estimate Clarification, Tool Requirnments, Height Clearances and if there are any other hazards which may require us to sub-contract an expert remedial service prior to starting our job. WSIB remmitance is included in this charge.

$50/Per Hour/Per Assistant Labourer *One Mandatory Per Site*
Minimum Job Spend Qualifier
We only take on larger projects 1000sqf to 30,000sqf and have a mnimum spend per job starting $1000.00 upwards
Minimum Billable Hours
We charge 12hrs minimum per days work from 0600hrs to 1800hrs. If we finish ahead of schedule you are still billed the full rate for us providing a fast reliable service.
Terminated Start Date
If we arrive at the arranged date and time ready to begin work and an issue arises where we cannot begin at no fault of our own; you will be billed the days rate per crew member.
Cancellation Fees
If cancelled within 48 hours of the start date, you will be billed for: Admin Hours (planning and prep $80/Per Hour) Staff Compensation (to reimburse scheduled staff for loss of work/opportunity $100/Per Person) Purchased Items (tools and supplies) Third-party Fees (rental cancellations and delivery charges) The full tool retainer will be billed and we will require a new retainer contribution for reinstated scheduling.
Hazard Pay
Sites where the job has anticipated or begun and workers encountered hazardous materials that poses a risk to lowering life expectancy through airborn or pourous contact. (Mold, Infestations, Hives, Mice, Etc). $500 - $2500 Surcharge depending on the sqf of the occurrence. This gets split and added to workers pay in compensation.
WSIB Remmitance
We are registered and insured with WSIB and therefore we are obliged to charge remittances to cover our obligatory fees. $2.18 will be billed for every $100 charged in labour expenses and remitted to WSIB.
Insurance Premium (Optional)
We operate as an insured corporation and we offer clients the ability to expand their protections with our service through capital investment. This means you the client voluntarily pay a premium in order for us to increase the coverages permeable to your project size. We reccomend this for homes over 3500sqf for the assigned workspace. Starting at $2000 - $6000.

Service Area
Our headquarters is based in Richmond Hill Ontario. We begin to charge billable fuel expenses for travel beyond 30km outside of office area. We service all of Ontario.
Fuel Charges
Typically range between $100 to $500 per day depending on travel distances and allowances for job related aquisitions. Subject to adjustment case by case.
Fuel Powered Equipment
We typically charge this fee only when operating skid steers, backhoes, dozers and or fuel powered hand tools. A retainer/deposit would be required prior to the job start of $500. An on file payment card is required for expenses that surpass this fee.
Getting the job done right.
Trailer services
If a trailer is required we will charge a billable amount of $700 per project day for utilising, renting and positioning trailers staticly on site for purposes related to job completion on the project.
Skid Steers & Mini Excavators
We charge an upfront flat fees for projects that require us to allocate and dedicate our machines specific to their jobsite for the duration of the project. A retainer/deposit is required upfront between $3000.00 - $5000.00 and is non-refundable. (Per Machine)
Bin Rentals - Partnered
We obtain the majority of our bin rentals through BinWorks and typically charge $700.00/per bin to account for the bin acquisition, position planning, coordinating and administrative fees.

Over The Phone-Card Payments
Only as a last resort. If you are experiencing issues paying by other means an administrator may opt to assist you over the phone in liason with your bank.
In-Person Card Payment
Only accepted for full amounts being paid in advanced to the job start or sudden on the job expenses.
E-Transfer
Clients may request details for e-transfer payment. The email is unmonitored and accepts payments via auto-deposit. This is only offered on a case by case basis. We reccomend a credit card is used where possible for the best protection.

Cheques Of Any Sort
Do to a high rate of scams taking place against businesses and their clients we do not accept any form of cheques.
Western Union & Postal Orders
We do not accept western union payments or postal order payments at all.
PayPal
We do not accept payments being made through PayPal or any similar service providers.
